One  major concern is the number of links that can be included in the article.  Three links represent the standard number, and they are enough for good traffic. Another issue here is related to SPAM or unsolicited mail messages that often grow out of one way link building. Do not publish your email when you submit articles so as to reduce the incidence of SPAM. Or you can create a distinct email account to suit your needs under the circumstances.

Improve the quality of traffic by submitting articles manually. Softwares sometimes submit articles in pretty irrelevant web directories, and there is hardly any gain in that. You should make it a rule to submit content regularly; articles need to be continuously added to directories in order for you to gain more one way links and improve traffic considerably.
